We are back at it again!! This year the Apex Australia 2026 National Convention will be in Cobram on 9-11 October!

Cobram-Barooga Apex Club will be your hosts for the first time in the club history! Their club is rich in history and have played a pivotal part in the community for almost 70 years. With a long running history of putting on mega events in the area, you can be sure they are ready to put on a show!

The 2026 Apex Australia National Convention is an event for everyone!
Bring your club members, past and present. Bring your partner and kids. Bring your parents so someone can watch the kids while you have fun. Bring everyone!
To help cater to this, there are multiple options available for registration. To help you follow along, there is further information about all the options below. But in short:

If you are looking to book for for the full weekend, full registration is the option for you. (Add ons are available for additional special registrations and merch)

If you are arriving on the Saturday, Saturday only registration is what you are looking for.

If you live local and are only joining us for the Gala Dinner on Saturday night, Gala Dinner ticket is for you.

If you have kids, partners, or carers who are coming but won't be attending the Gala Dinner, we have special registrations to make the cost more manageable. These are based on age and can be added on to full registrations or booked separately.

Full Registration - $250 early bird ($265 full price) For those attending the whole weekend and don't want to miss out on all the fun! Saturday only Registration - $145 early bird ($165 full price) For those arriving Saturday and need to catch up Your registration includes: Attendance at the 2026 Apex National Convention National Convention Gala Dinner (Sat) Breakfast (Sat & Sun) Lunch (Sat) Dinner (Sun)
Special Registrations For the spouse, carer, and children who are coming for a weekend away but not attending the Gala Dinner. Options include: Spouse/Carer - $100 early bird ($110 full price) Secondary School students (over 13 y.o.) - $70 early bird ($80 full price) Primary School students (6 to 13 y.o.) - $45 early bird ($55 full price) (Children under school age don't require formal registrations)
Gala Dinner only - $90 early bird ($95 full price)
For local Apexians and guests who only want to join for the dinner.
(Note: Gala dinner is included in convention registrations and does not need to be purchased separately)
Accommodation

Accommodation is at the wonderful RACV Resort in Cobram, offering family-friendly facilities and plenty of opportunities to socialise.
Accommodation is booked and paid for separately to convention registration.
