The convention will run from Friday through to Sunday.

- Friday: Join us for social gatherings, a tour of the local area, and casual evening dinner.

- Saturday: The AGM formalities will take place in the morning while non-delegates will visit our local attractions and locations. In the afternoon, relax at our resort accommodation and prepare for the formal dinner in the evening.

- Sunday: Regroup over breakfast and complete some local service activities before heading back home!
